As a licensed psychologist, I offer both supervision for unlicensed clinicians and consultation for licensed professionals. My supervisory style is open, curious, and warm. I use the integrative developmental model where I start with where the supervisee lands on the developmental model and building your skills and competence from there. In my clinical practice, my “home base” theoretical orientation is relational psychodynamic. I maintain a trauma-informed, insight-oriented, emotion-focused multicultural perspective. These features will be woven throughout my supervision and consultation meetings. We will focus on transference, countertransference, privilege, power, connection, and disconnection.
